Whatever your event needs may be we offer complimentary consultations to advise you on the best option for your occasion.

 

Consultations- $75 Hour

All in person meetings after initial complimentary consultation will be charged at a rate of $75 hour.

 

Budget Analysis & Vendor Selection- $450

Complete budget breakdown and analysis of along with vendor suggestions and selection.

 

Design Development - $1000 and up

·      Determine Event design direction (explores design looks & feels) and create a customized design plan

·      Decor conceptualization of overall event vision and design

·      On-going exchange of décor ideas and signature details

·      Create all floral arrangement design

·      Procure all décor elements

·      Ensure design cohesiveness; assist with: linen selection, invitation & paper elements, rental items, props, gown & attire planning, cake design, menu tasting & selection and/or favors/gift planning

 

Design Consulting- $450

·      Advise in determining Event design direction (explores design looks & feels) and help create a customized design plan

·       Assist decor conceptualization of overall event vision and design

80 Plus hours of Event development and management - $1500

 

Monthly check-ins via emails, calls, texts for event updates- $300

 

Personal Bridal Assistant- $300

 

Month of Service- $1200

Week of Event

·      Attend final meeting with client and collect all celebration elements

·      Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors

·      Provide schedule for family and VIP guests

·      Coordinate all printed material

Event Day

·      Coordinate all aspects of wedding celebration

·      Oversee check-in of rentals

·      Create “steps of service” for catering team

·      Coordinate all deliveries and installations of celebration in accordance with vendor contracts

·      Coordinate distribution of final payments and gratuities

·      Provide event emergency kit (including sewing kit, stain remover, etc.)

·      Oversee timely “flip” of room from ceremony to reception, if needed

·      Conduct final lighting, sound and temperature inspection prior to guest arrival

·      Conduct final seating and table check prior to guests welcomed to reception

·      Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ

·      Cue guest of honor and family for special moments including: cake cutting, toasts and dancing

·      Serve as point person for all vendors—cueing timing throughout event

·      Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges

·      Arrange favors (if applicable)

·      Oversee strike of venue

·      Collect any celebration elements and gifts

Set-up & Breakdown- $600

·      Set up all décor according to proposed design including: table décor and floral arrangements, bar, gift table, buffet table, ceremony chairs, pre wedding cocktail tables, custom lighting etc. 

·      Ensure both ceremony and reception set-up is completed prior to start of event

·      Breakdown all décor and ensure all rentals are collected by appropriate vendors
